I
was 10-15 pounds overweight, had very little
energy, and was depressed. I had tried
other weight-loss programs, exercised regularly, and was still not
able to lose the weight and keep it off. Every day I felt like I
needed a three hour nap. I had
so many things I wanted to accomplish, but I just did not feel like
doing anything except what I absolutely had to do. In this desperation,

Health System. I almost put it off because of Christmas, but
then I thought I would have another additional 5 pounds to lose.
After I was on Dr. Tucker’s program for just a few days, I
could tell a difference in my energy level.
I started accomplishing more each day so I felt better about myself
immediately. I also lost 4 pounds the first week without even exercising
- I couldn’t believe it! I thought to myself, “This
is my kind of weight loss program! Eventually we did ease back into

Health System has changed my life. I can honestly
say that I never feel the urge to nap for several
hours or even 15 minutes. What a great feeling it is to have energy
again and be a size smaller in clothes.
I couldn’t believe the weight came off so easily—especially
during the holiday season. Eight months later, the weight
